Charter terms
We want your time at sea to go perfectly, so it helps to be clear about a few things from the start. No small print.
Hours
Daily charter: boarding at 09:00, disembarking at 18:00. Weekly charter: boarding Saturday 17:00, disembarking Saturday 09:00.
Home port
Santa Pola. Boarding from another port is possible on request, with an additional fee from €150.
Capacity
Up to 10 guests. This limit is never exceeded.
Sailing with skipper
You can sail with a professional skipper for €180/day. In this mode no license is required of you — just enjoy.
Bareboat
To take the helm yourself, two things are mandatory: a valid sailing license for a 15 m boat (e.g. PER with appropriate endorsements or Patrón de Yate, to confirm) and verifiable previous experience. We will request a copy of your license and a brief experience declaration before boarding.
Included
Bed linen and towels, auxiliary dinghy with outboard, regulation safety equipment, mooring at home port and VAT.
Not included
Final cleaning (mandatory), fuel, skipper (optional), mooring at other ports, extras (paddle surf, snorkel) and provisions.
Final cleaning
Mandatory and not included: €200 per charter.
Deposit
€2,000, by bank transfer or card pre-authorisation before boarding. Returned within 7 days after boat inspection. With skipper, the deposit may be reduced.
Booking & payment
Booking confirmed with 50 % of the total; the remainder is paid 30 days before boarding (or in full if booking within 30 days). Payment by transfer or card.
Cancellation
More than 60 days before: deposit retained. 30–60 days: 50 % of the total. Less than 30 days: 100 %. We recommend cancellation insurance.
Fuel
Full to full: the boat is delivered with a full tank and must be returned the same way.
Insurance
Mojito carries fully comprehensive insurance; the deposit covers the excess and damages caused by negligent use. We recommend personal and cancellation insurance.
On board
Maximum 10 people on board. Responsible sailing and respect for the environment: careful anchoring on posidonia meadows and compliance with protected areas. No smoking inside; pets on request.
